WTB 80-82 Suzuki PE250 or RS250 – midwest/OH/PA/WV/KY/etc (80+ PE175 also?)

Shopping around for a good solid 80-82 Suzuki PE250 or RS250 in trail rider quality that may need some work to get going good but not a total basket case full resto unless the price really reflects it. Carb rebuild, top end, tires, fork seals, etc needing done would be expected. Not needing to be museum quality whatsoever, just a solid mechanical basis for a decent going-over and freshening up.

Also may be interested in 80-81/82-84 PE175, or 86-88 KDX200 (1st of KIPS power valve / last of air cooled engine)

Titled bike or one which is known to never have been previously titled is needed (to get registered for National Forest Trail Pass and othersL public riding areas).
