1974 CR250M For Sale

CR250M- as found in original condition. Includes MSO issued to original owner, along with the factory owner’s manual. This beautiful machine is a time capsule, having been confined to being ridden on a farm in NW New Jersey, and barn stored since the mid 70’s. Never raced, never abused, and authentic in nearly every detail.

Tank is nice (only has three small dings top of tank, just left of center, one on left rear just in front of seat, and one on right). Clean inside. Side covers are in good shape, front number plate is cracked, but a new one has been sourced.

All original except for bars and rear tire. Exhaust has some dents, will need restoring. No broken fins or case repairs. Chain guard portion of stator cover is broken, but does not affect operation. Side stand had a clean break from frame, needs to be reattached and is included in the sale.. Seat cover is in good shape. Forks have been rebuilt.

The bike runs fast, shifts properly, and stops well. One ride will tell you why this is the most sought after model for vintage racing- it really rips!

Perfect candidate for preservation as-is, or the basis of a full restoration.
